Does it mean best 4 semesters? or best 2 consecutive years? or best 2 years in general? and how would they count that? Whats to say starting winter semester and then moving to fall semester doesn't count as 1 full year?

I'm not sure about Western, but I'm pretty sure Dal and Calgary consider one's final two years to be their last 10 consecutive credits, regardless of how they're broken up. Osgoode and Queen's are indeed referring to fall/winter units, however.
