Looking for a roommate, buying a house close to campus looking for a nerd like myself to room with.

Im clean, kind and overall just a nice person.

Im a male 22 yrs of age, from toronto moving out to saskatoon in a few weeks, im shopping for houses right now and found a few places im looking at buying. Rent will be reasonable since I too am a student and understand how money can be tight.

I might even be purchasing a place with a basement apartment so you would have your own place with a kitchen washroom and seperate entry.

rent will be anywhere from 500 (if we are roomming in the same unit) to 850 (if you are getting your own unit i.e. basement apartment)...utilities will be split down the middle....this is a estimate not an exact amount...

im comfortable living with a female or a male, as long as ur not loud, dirty, or just obnoxious...no pets or smokers plz

Does this mean you have been accepted? I believe you were number 9 on the waitlist originally?

nope not yet, but im confident i will be accepted within the next few weeks, this week or next is my prediction (crossing fingers) considering 39 people got in off the waitlist last year, and according to this forum the waitlist has moved up # 4 or 5...Ive already got my pre-approved, started house hunting online, and buying the necessities (big comfy couch and a big TV ...next step is flying down to saskatoon right after i get my letter, finding a place and a roomate...i thought i wud get the contacts of those interested...and if its not too late, then perhaps i would have a roomate that goes through the same hardships of law school that i would face... lol

nvm guys my parents are convincing me to rent...looks like im renting a bachelor pad first year...sorry dudes
